Make available a document to a User requires two steps:

• first of all, the ADMINISTRATOR will have to select the documents on its workstation and put them in the Shared files;
• then, the GUARDIAN will have to select the chosen documents in the Shared files and put them in each Users accounts.

On the ADMINISTRATOR side

The ADMINISTRATOR can in a few clicks and without quitting rOOki manage the Shared files.

To do this:

• once he is on his desktop, the ADMINISTRATOR chooses the Documents part at the left;

• in the right table, the workstation is available;
• the ADMINISTRATOR has to select the most interesting documents for Users and give them to the GUARDIAN. Then, the GUARDIAN will give the selected documents to the Users;
• he just needs to click on the name of the software, then on the left arrows and a document copy will be displayed in Shared files.

The GUARDIAN can in a few clicks and without quitting rOOki, manage each User account content.

To do this:

• once he is on his desktop, the GUARDIAN chooses the Documents part at the left;
• then, he chooses a User account;
• then, the category where the User will be able to access the documents;

• in the right table, the ADMINISTRATOR has put in the Shared files folder all the files, of all types, in alphabetical order;

• the GUARDIAN, without caring about the hard disk organization and installed softwares, has to choose the correct User and the correct location;

• he just need to click on the name of the document, then on the left arrows and a document copy will be displayed in Available files for this User in the chosen folder;

• if the file is too big (video, music, etc.) or if he wants to share it with several Users, he can do a "shortcut" which points at the original file.
  To do this, uncheck the left checkbox Always do a copy before transfering the chosen file.
  The GUARDIAN will avoid to do several copies and will protect the original file which can not be modified.

There you are, it is mostly done!

From this point, Children and Adults can share the same computer with their specific and safe environments.
