Make available a software to a User requires two steps:

• first of all, the ADMINISTRATOR will have to select the softwares on its workstation and put them in the Shared files;
• then, the GUARDIAN will have to select the chosen softwares in the Shared files and put them in each Users accounts.

On the ADMINISTRATOR side

The ADMINISTRATOR can in a few clicks and without quitting rOOki manage the Shared files.

To do this:

• once he is on his desktop, the ADMINISTRATOR chooses the Softwares part at the left;
  

• in the right table, the workstation is available;

• the ADMINISTRATOR has to select the most interesting softwares for Users and give them to the GUARDIAN. Then, the GUARDIAN will give the selected softwares to the Users;

• he just needs to click on the name of the software, then on the left arrows andd a software copy will be displayed in Shared files.

On the GUARDIAN side

The GUARDIAN can in a few clicks and without quitting rOOki, manage each User account content.

To do this:

• once he is on his desktop, the GUARDIAN chooses the Softwares part at the left;
  
• then, he chooses a User account;
• then, the category where the User will be able to access the softwares;
  

• in the right table, the ADMINISTRATOR has put in the Shared files folder all the files, of all types, in alphabetical order;

• the GUARDIAN, without caring about the hard disk organization and installed softwares, has to choose the correct User and the correct location;

• he just needs to click on the name of the software, then on the left arrows and a software copy will be displayed in Available files for this User in the chosen folder.

Thanks to this fast process, the other softwares installed on the PC will be unavailable to the Users, unless you add them, in a few clicks, to a User depending on his level and his development.
